As part of our global and Spanish expansion, we are elevating our Data \& AI practice to the next level—and to achieve this, we seek a **Business Development Data \& AI** professional based in **Madrid**, to lead business development for this practice. Responsibilities: * Lead and qualify Data \& AI opportunities (data governance, architecture, cloud, AI, agents, etc.). * Deeply understand clients’ business needs and translate them into high-value solutions. * Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams. * Participate in events, strategic meetings, and high-impact presentations. Requirements: * Minimum 5\-7 years of experience in consultative sales of Data projects. * Prior experience in pre-sales, consulting, or delivery of Data / AI projects. * Experience in data projects (Data Governance, Cloud, Architecture, Analytics, AI). * Enjoy conceptualizing and clearly explaining complex solutions to clients. * Consulting mindset and strong business acumen. **Languages:** Professional-level English. **What We Offer:** Continuous training and learning program.
