Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for general cleaning and maintenance of common areas; prior experience is valued. Key Responsibilities: 1. General surface cleaning 2. Toilet disinfection 3. Maintenance of common areas We are seeking personnel to perform cleaning tasks in San Martín del Rey Aurelio, Asturias. This position is intended for individuals holding a recognized disability certificate of 33% or higher, provided the disability is compatible with the job requirements. Main responsibilities include general surface cleaning, toilet disinfection, and maintenance of common areas. Prior experience in similar cleaning tasks will be valued. This is a temporary contract with a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 15:00. Salary will comply with the Asturias Collective Agreement for Cleaning of Premises and Buildings.
