A professional responsible for preparing budgets, reviewing projects, managing permits, controlling costs, and conducting site visits.

In this position, duties include preparing budgets, reviewing and monitoring projects, performing monthly measurements and certifications, requesting quotations from suppliers, controlling costs and the economic aspects of construction works, managing and processing permits, and conducting site visits.
Candidates must hold a degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, have at least two years of demonstrable experience, and possess a valid Class B1 driver's license. Knowledge of SQL Obras, Excel, Presto, and AutoCAD is desirable. The workplace is located in El Berrón, Siero (Asturias).
The contract is temporary for one year, full-time from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 07:00 to 15:15 Monday through Thursday, and until 14:00 on Fridays. Salary and employment conditions are governed by the Collective Agreement for the Construction and Public Works Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
