




Job Summary: We are looking for a logistics professional to manage inventories, coordinate transportation, supervise orders, and optimize processes, resolving incidents and handling customs documentation. Flexible working hours / Intensive workday on Fridays. **Main Responsibilities** * **Inventory Management:** Control and tracking of stock using ERP systems (SAP, Navision or similar). * **Transportation Coordination:** Route management, contact with carriers, and rate negotiation. * **Order Management:** Supervision of goods inbound and outbound (picking/packing). * **Incident Resolution:** Handling delays, stockouts, or delivery issues. * **Process Optimization:** Analysis of logistics KPIs to improve delivery times. * **Customs Documentation:** (If applicable) Handling of delivery notes, invoices, and export/import documentation. **Minimum Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in **Transport and Logistics**, or Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade/Business Administration and Management. * At least 2 years’ prior experience in similar positions. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, complex formulas). * Knowledge of warehouse management software (WMS/SGA). * English level B2 (valuable for international companies). * Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract (бессрочный контракт). * Competitive salary according to collective agreement and experience. * Opportunities for continuous training and career development plan. * Flexible working hours / Intensive workday on Fridays.
