It is important to collect customer feedback to continuously improve service. Support in managing digital campaigns and strategies will also be provided. Previous experience in customer service and handling accounting tools is required. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Prestashop and Shopify will be valued. We are looking for a proactive person, and if you also have a passion for fashion, that would be great! The contract is temporary, lasting 4 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. The working hours are part-time, 15 hours per month, from 9:00 to 14:00.
