We are currently seeking to hire a Fleet Analysis Technician at our facilities located in Alcobendas, whose mission is to ensure vehicle availability across branches by optimizing the fleet and meeting established standards and objectives. Main responsibilities include: * Manage and monitor the CAP status of the fleet * Monitor daily fleet availability, communicating and executing necessary actions to correct fleet surplus or shortage * Resolve inquiries, incidents, etc. via Help Desk, measuring response times to support continuous improvement * Manage high-volume fleet operations * Coordinate and manage dispatch requests from the Logistics Department * Review, monitor, and improve status workflows and keep IT systems updated * Coordinate actions with the team to maintain homogeneous availability across all vehicle categories and branches (broader availability outlook and forecasting) * Coordinate actions to allocate vehicles to branch teams * Monitor the logistics budget allocated to Fleet and VO * Coordinate with the Procurement Department on forecasting purchase and registration needs (excluding customer-related registrations) * Operational management of Telematics (procurement, stock, and invoicing) * Support and collaborate with the Analytics Department * Source vehicles to meet ad-hoc requirements or requests outside standard availability management * Manage vehicle logistics destined for Trade, coordinating with Campaign Managers * Maintain the internal-use fleet (mileage tracking and replacements due to breakdowns) * Advise and support commercial and branch teams regarding response times and fleet delivery schedules Requirements \- Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in data analysis, finance, administration, or related fields. * 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis and management functions. * Advanced Excel proficiency required (in-person test will be administered). * Power BI experience and knowledge are desirable. * Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Madrid.
