The ideal candidate combines **technical leadership**, comprehensive project management capability, strategic vision, and exceptional communication and coordination skills among clients, stakeholders, and internal interfaces. **YOUR TASKS** -------------- **Responsibilities** * **Lead highly complex industrial EPC/EPCM projects**, from requirements identification, design, planning, execution, to commissioning. * **Lead multidisciplinary teams**, providing technical leadership and ensuring coordination across disciplines and external partners. * **Manage projects comprehensively**, including production processes, facilities, buildings, and technical systems. * **Serve as the primary client contact**, organizing workshops and aligning interests with all involved parties. * **Coordinate and ensure compliance with international standards**, regulatory requirements, and sector-specific methodological frameworks. * **Manage international contracts** (EPC, EPCM, FIDIC, NEC, etc.) and supervise key aspects such as schedules, costs, scope, and quality. * **Facilitate strategic decision-making**, analyzing risks, proposing solutions, and ensuring results orientation. * **Drive business development activities**, building and strengthening professional networks and participating in new project acquisition. * **Represent Drees \& Sommer in international settings**, collaborating with multicultural teams and adapting to global requirements. **YOUR PROFILE** ---------------- **1\. Academic Qualifications** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Master’s degrees or advanced certifications in project management (PMP, IPMA, Lean, etc.) are highly valued. **2\. Professional Experience** * **5 to 10 years** of experience managing large-scale industrial projects (\> 50M EUR/USD). * Demonstrable recent experience in EPC/EPCM projects within sectors such as automotive, semiconductors, manufacturing, energy, logistics, or life sciences. **3\. International Experience** * Participation in international projects with multicultural teams. * Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse technical, regulatory, and cultural standards. **4\. Language Skills** * Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. * German is highly desirable. **5\. Technical Knowledge** * In-depth knowledge of international construction and industrial standards. * Practical knowledge of **ISO standards** and industrial sector methodological frameworks. * Familiarity with **types of international contracts** (EPC, EPCM, FIDIC, NEC, etc.). * Knowledge of **BIM methodologies**. **6\.
