Focus on quality, deadlines, and safety in railway projects DESCRIPTION Grupo Ortiz seeks to incorporate into its team a Construction Site Manager with specific experience in railway track construction for a project in Cantabria. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in the management and execution of railway construction projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning, organizing, and supervising all phases of the railway construction work, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Management of work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Technical execution control, ensuring proper application of regulations and specifications. * Health and safety management on site, promoting a preventive culture. * Preparation and monitoring of work plans, schedules, and budgets. * Supervision of proper execution of railway track construction works, including earthworks, track laying, etc. * Resolution of technical and construction-related incidents arising during project execution. * Effective and fluent communication with project management, client, and other stakeholders. * Ensuring compliance with environmental requirements.
