Preventive safety and occupational health culture DESCRIPTION Grupo Ortiz seeks to incorporate into its team a Construction Manager with specific experience in railway track construction for projects in ANDALUCÍA. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in the management and execution of railway construction works. **Key Responsibilities:** * Planning, organizing, and supervising all phases of railway construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Management of work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Technical execution control, ensuring proper application of regulations and specifications. * Safety and health management on site, promoting a preventive culture. * Development and monitoring of work plans, schedules, and budgets. * Supervision of proper execution of track construction works, including earthworks, track laying, etc. * Resolution of technical and construction-related issues arising during project execution. * Clear and effective communication with project management, clients, and other stakeholders. * Ensuring compliance with environmental requirements.
