More than **350 Kairoseros and Kairoseras** form part of the Tech family at Kairós, delivering technological solutions across all types of projects — from inception and product definition, working with various frameworks, and consistently ensuring solutions that are not only effective but also easy to use, maintain, and adapt to today’s evolving technological landscape. **Responsibilities** * Participate in the planning and coordination of new projects involving new facilities, across commercial, supply, and technology teams. * Coordinate product and process validation activities. * Supervise and analyze product-related issues before and after launch phases. * Monitor product launches using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure smooth on-the-ground implementation. * Design impactful presentations combining data storytelling, visual clarity, and strategic messaging to deliver compelling information and feedback. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties to define solutions, document requirements, and implement complex initiatives aligned with our Technology organization’s objectives. * Propose data-driven organizational and process improvements. * Create business cases on demand to understand baseline conditions and future business development scenarios. **Requirements** * Project management and organizational skills. * Commitment to quality standards and compliance. * Strong problem-solving skills using quality methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa (fishbone), Pareto, root cause analysis, and 5 Whys. * Process-oriented thinking and a continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to interpret technical documentation and customer requirements. * Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Adaptability to dynamic environments and emerging technologies. * High attention to detail and rigor in delivery. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Spanish and English. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, with specialization in Organization. * Other engineering degrees will also be considered, such as Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering. * Additional training or certification in quality management, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma is highly valued. * Experience in industrial processes, product development, or project quality is strongly preferred. **Additional Requirements** * Willingness to travel occasionally to production sites, suppliers, or client locations, if required. * Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, data visualization platforms like Power BI, and project planning tools supporting Gantt charts (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, thinkcell) and familiarity with ERP or PLM systems. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Flexibility to adapt to shifting project priorities and deadlines. * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to assigned tasks. **What Can We Offer You?** At Kairós, you’ll find: * Free English classes in small groups. * 23 vacation days, December 24th and 31st off, 1 day for personal events, and **3 flexible conciliation days!** * Enjoy summer with our reduced working hours in August and intensive working hours every Friday throughout the year. * Flexible compensation via Cobee, usable for dining, public transportation, training, and childcare vouchers. * Health insurance with Cigna or Sanitas: we care about your physical and mental health. * Ongoing personal support through our Wellness 3.0 program and continuous technical mentoring. * Opportunities to strengthen your personal brand through internal and external events. * Membership in a vibrant community, supported by exceptional colleagues and industry leaders. * Above all… being part of a company where your voice is heard, where you’re cared for, and where we strive to meet your needs and expectations.
