Your mission will be to ensure that all project phases comply with the most stringent quality standards—both internal and those stipulated by current regulations and client specifications. You will work closely with the site team and management to guarantee excellence in every deliverable. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Development and Monitoring of the Quality Management Plan:** Design and maintain up-to-date the plan guiding all quality-related activities on the project. * **Development and Monitoring of the Inspection Plan:** Create and execute detailed plans for inspection of materials, processes, and finished products. * **Inspection, Supervision and Quality Control:** Conduct rigorous inspections and continuous supervision of ongoing and completed works, ensuring compliance with established requirements. * **Report Preparation:** Draft weekly and monthly reports on the project’s quality status, as well as the final project report, documenting findings and corrective actions. * **Non-Conformance Management:** Identify, record, analyze and manage non-conformities, proposing and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. * **Client Liaison:** Maintain smooth and professional communication with the client, attending site meetings to present quality status and resolve queries. * **Departmental Coordination:** Closely collaborate with the central Quality Department to ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. * **Support to Site Manager:** Provide support in planning tasks, production monitoring and work control, contributing to the project’s overall management. * **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Compliance:** Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (OHS) regulations, including holding the mandatory 60-hour OHS course. **What are we looking for?** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as Quality Manager or in similar roles, preferably in the railway sector or large infrastructure projects. * **Education:** University degree in Engineering (Civil, Civil Engineering, Industrial or equivalent) or equivalent technical qualification. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001), on-site quality management, inspection techniques, and construction process control. * **Skills:** * Excellent communication and writing skills. * Analytical and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Negotiation and relationship management skills. * Detail orientation and rigor. * **Desirable:** Familiarity with planning tools and project management software. * **Mandatory requirement:** Possession of the 60-hour OHS course certificate. **What do we offer?** * Employment with a solid and growing company undertaking major-scale projects. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and merit. * Project location in Málaga.
