We are currently seeking a candidate to join our Artificial Intelligence team as a Senior Technical Lead. What Do You Need? * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. * Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Python. * Knowledge and experience with Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, etc. * Experience working in the Cloud, primarily Azure. * Knowledge of MLOps and its application in production projects. * Good English proficiency to participate in international projects. (An English test will be administered during the selection process). What Will You Do? * Serve as the Artificial Intelligence subject-matter expert for each project: providing technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring architectural consistency, sound design, and adherence to best practices; supporting professional growth and delivering continuous feedback. * Collaborate on international projects alongside teams from other countries. * Participate in innovation projects leveraging not only Microsoft technologies but also the latest offerings from OpenAI, as well as researching and applying SOTA models to share knowledge across the AI team.
