Job Summary: Supervise, coordinate, and control the technical and economic execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and budget. Key Highlights: 1. Department: Production / Technical Management Location: Assigned project site / Central office Job Objective: Supervise, coordinate, and control the technical and economic execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with company-established deadlines, quality, safety, and budget. Responsibilities: * Supervision and control of construction execution. * Quality control of materials and construction processes. * Preparation and monitoring of budgets. * Measurement and certification of work units. * Cost control and budget variance monitoring. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Preparation of technical reports and progress updates. * Site document management. * Application and supervision of compliance with current regulations (urban planning, technical, and safety). * Support for budgeting. * Control of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan. Requirements: Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Technical Architecture / Building Engineering. * Additional training in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) is desirable. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Experience: * 2\-5 years of construction supervision experience (depending on required level). * Experience in cost control and construction management. Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Presto, MS Project, Excel). * Knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE). * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
