Job stability and compensation commensurate with experience. #### **Job Description** We are looking for a **Project Draftsman** with experience in industrial design and machinery development to join the technical team of a leading technology company specializing in the design and manufacturing of marine machinery. The selected candidate will work on deck machinery projects for the marine sector, developing drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation for custom solutions tailored to clients in the marine industry. #### **What We Offer** * **Join** a growing technology company with innovative projects in the field of marine machinery. * A **dynamic and collaborative** work environment, offering learning and professional development opportunities. * **Job stability** and compensation commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Involvement in customized projects and direct interaction with engineering and production departments. #### **Main Responsibilities** * **Preparation of technical drawings** for marine deck machinery, complying with applicable regulations and project requirements. * **Development of 3D models and assemblies**, and preparation of construction details for manufacturing. * **Definition of dimensions, tolerances, and technical specifications** applicable to parts and assemblies. * **Preparation and maintenance of bills of materials (BOM)** and associated documentation for production and procurement. * **Technical support** to engineering and production departments regarding design and manufacturing clarifications. * **Review and updating of technical documentation** throughout the various project phases (proposal, design, as-built). * **Collaboration in developing solutions** tailored to customer requirements and manufacturing constraints. #### **Requirements** * Technical education in **Drafting, Industrial Design**, or related disciplines. * Prior experience as a **project draftsman** in an industrial setting, preferably within machinery or the marine sector. * **Proficiency in SolidWorks** for 3D modeling, assemblies, and drawing generation (experience managing configurations and complex assemblies will be valued). * Ability to **interpret technical drawings and documentation**, and translate requirements into executable designs. * Intermediate level of **English** (technical document reading and basic communication). * An **organized, meticulous** individual with strong teamwork skills. #### **Desired Competencies** * Knowledge of marine fabrication and assembly processes. * Experience in technical documentation management and version control. * Familiarity with DWG, PDF formats, and BOM management integrated with ERP/PLM systems. * Proactivity, quality orientation, and ability to prioritize tasks across concurrent projects. #### **How to Apply** If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, please submit your application indicating your availability, relevant experience, and level of SolidWorks proficiency.
