We primarily operate in three major areas: water—offering solutions for both urban and industrial management; waste—transforming it into new resources; and energy—improving efficiency and reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description** Currently, within the HR department of one of our key businesses, we are seeking an HRBP Manager with specific expertise in labor relations, organizational design, transformation, executive assessment, and talent development. The main mission will be to support the business across various HR processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, and legal compliance. **What will your responsibilities be?** Labor Relations Management: Act as the **key point of contact** for resolving any labor conflict and managing labor relations with a proactive and constructive approach. **Advise leaders and employees** on labor policies, current legislation, and HR best practices. **Routine management of the labor framework**, including dismissals, MSCTs, transfers of undertakings, disciplinary codes, inspections, etc. **Negotiation** with Works Councils and Trade Unions. Organizational Development: Facilitate **organizational change processes**, supporting employees and leaders in adapting effectively. Participate in **transformation and efficiency projects**. Participate in **management audits**. Talent Management: Manage the **employee lifecycle**, ensuring a positive experience from recruitment through to exit from the organization. Support the implementation of **performance evaluation processes**. Collaborate in **identifying short- and long-term internal talent needs**, participating in the planning and execution of recruitment strategies, leadership development, succession programs, and individual development plans. **Requirements** * University degree in **Business Administration or Labor Relations**. * **Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields**. * **Minimum of 5 years’ experience** as an HRBP or in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of **labor relations** and talent management. * **Experience in negotiations** with Works Councils and Trade Unions. * Ability to **work collaboratively** while handling **multiple priorities**. * Proficiency in HR tools and software (**Meta4 and SuccessFactors are desirable**). * Strong **analytical skills and data-handling capabilities**. **Highly desirable:** * Experience in consulting. * Involvement in Integrations/Due Diligence/M\&A. **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours. * Hybrid remote work model. * Being part of a leading organization in the environmental sector. * Professional growth within the organization. * Opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team composed of experts in this field. * Social benefits.
