We create solutions and services that help organizations become more competitive and improve people’s lives. We combine knowledge generated at UPC with the talent of our team—comprising over 200 engineering and consulting professionals—and with their experience gained from working with leading companies and projects for over 20 years. We seek a person to participate in tasks arising from the evolutionary projects of Atennea UPC—the virtual campus of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, built on the Moodle software—as well as other projects for external clients, predominantly based on the Moodle LMS. **Your challenge** * Programming and modification of the Moodle platform source code. * Participation in analysis, solution decision-making, implementation, unit testing, and integration testing phases in a cyclical manner. **You’ll need** * Education: Currently enrolled in a Higher-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Web Application Development (DAW) or in Multiplatform Application Development (DAM). * Knowledge: + Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML, and Git. * Skills: + Ability to work in a team + Motivation for learning + Initiative and proactivity * Languages: Advanced Catalan. * Availability: Morning shift. * Dual Internships * Possibility of signing an internship agreement with your educational institution. **You’ll stand out if you have prior knowledge of:** * Moodle * Angular.js * Docker * Jenkins * Agile methodologies **How IThinkUPC supports you** Professional growth: Being part of an organization of nearly 250 engineering and consulting experts collaborating on challenging solutions will allow you to maximize your technical knowledge development.
