Opportunities for continuity and professional development We aim to hire an External Accountant to collaborate with our firm in managing the accounting and tax affairs of a broad portfolio of clients, mainly international. This position targets candidates with prior experience in general accounting, accustomed to handling high workloads, tight deadlines, and structured professional environments. This is a technical–operational role, involving direct coordination with the firm’s accounting and tax team, and operates under a hybrid working model. Requirements * Degree in Accounting, Administration and Finance, Business Administration (ADE), or equivalent qualification. * Minimum demonstrable experience of 1–2 years in external accounting, advisory services, or a professional firm. * Experience simultaneously managing multiple clients. * Mandatory fluent French (bilingual or native level). * Advanced English, especially for professional communication. * Practical experience with SAGE accounting software (mandatory). * Ability to handle large volumes of documentation while maintaining rigor, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines. * Organized, responsible, consistent, and highly focused individual. * Strong communication skills, both for teamwork and client interaction. * Autonomy, commitment, and professional attitude in remote working environments. Responsibilities * Daily accounting management of an assigned client portfolio. * Recording and monitoring of issued and received invoices. * Performing bank reconciliations. * Preparing accounting documentation for periodic closings. * Supporting the tax department in preparing tax filings. * Monitoring and resolving accounting issues in coordination with the team. * Adhering to internal firm deadlines and procedures. * Regular communication with clients, primarily in French.
