




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and administer personnel, resolve incidents, and handle payroll, employment contract, and social security processes. Key Highlights: 1. A background in Labor Relations or Law, along with prior experience in HR administration tasks, will be valued. Proficiency in office software and knowledge of payroll management systems such as Meta4, SAP, or ERP Payroll Management systems, as well as the Red System and Casia, are required. Training in gender equality will also be considered. Responsibilities will include resolving incidents within HR departments; centralized management of mutual insurance companies in cases of benefit termination and deductions; handling debts with the General Treasury of the Social Security and mutual insurance companies, including preparation of monthly reports; formalizing employment contracts and registering employees with the Social Security system; managing payrolls and related documentation; preparing individual personnel files; communicating staff changes; and informing employees about the terms of their contracts and other labor-related matters. Commitment to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Compliance system is expected. A temporary contract is offered, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract, work-life balance measures, and flexible working hours—including remote work on Fridays and an intensive summer schedule.
