Job Summary:
We are seeking nursing assistants to provide sociosanitary care in a geriatric nursing home, supporting residents with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and reporting incidents.

3. Reporting incidents to the multidisciplinary team
We are looking for two nursing assistants for a geriatric nursing home. Main duties include providing sociosanitary care to residents, assisting with hygiene, feeding, and mobility tasks, and reporting incidents to the multidisciplinary team.
Required qualifications include training as a Nursing Care Technician (TCAE), a Technician in Care for Dependent Persons, or the professional certification in sociosanitary care in social institutions. Having a personal vehicle or alternative means of transportation is desirable due to shift start/end times and limited public transport availability during those hours.
The employment conditions include a temporary contract of five to six months, immediate incorporation, and full-time working hours. The schedule follows rotating shifts: mornings from 07:15 to 15:15 and afternoons from 14:30 to 22:30\. Salary is governed by the VIII State Framework Agreement for Services for Dependent Persons and Promotion of Personal Autonomy.
