Job Summary: We are seeking a person to conduct site visits and documentation for future construction projects or maintenance contracts, involving constant travel and information management. We are looking for a person to visit sites where future construction works will take place, or roads and other infrastructure subject to maintenance contracts. Depending on the case, photos and/or video recordings of roads taken from a car will be required—most often using a rental vehicle—with daily routes ranging between 200\-400 km across Spain. For more distant locations, travel will be by train or plane, followed by renting a car upon arrival. Approximately half of the monthly time will be spent preparing trips and organizing collected information, while the other half will be spent traveling. All travel is domestic, and typically no more than one consecutive week will be spent away from home. This person will receive initial training to become familiar with our work procedures and overall company operations. We will also provide a company laptop and mobile phone, as well as all consumables necessary to carry out the job. Flexible weekly schedule of 40 hours, preferably concentrated Monday through Friday; weekend work and business travel may occur. Overtime beyond 40 hours per week will be compensated in subsequent days/weeks. Immediate hiring. Site and/or construction environment analysis. Travel organization to reach the site to be visited. Taking photos and/or video recordings of roads or the surrounding area of the visit. Uploading and organizing the results so that technicians can work on them. * FIRST STAGE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION WITH DIPLOMA * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Availability for national travel and staying overnight away from home. \- Organizational skills to plan relevant trips and schedule weekly days and hours. \- Minimum proficiency in office software: Word, Excel, general Internet use. \- Minimum 2 years of driving license experience. \- Minimum age: 22 years * Availability for travel * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant details: Annual Base Salary: 20\.000€ (12 payments); allowances and other expenses will be paid separately.
