




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional for front-of-house duties, including taking orders, advising customers, and providing service, while maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Professional customer advisory and service in the dining area. 2. Preparation and maintenance of work areas. 3. Experience in pouring cider and knowledge of Asturian culture are valued. Taking orders, advising customers, and providing front-of-house service are the main responsibilities of this position. It also includes preparing work areas, attending to and informing guests professionally and courteously, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the dining area. Proven experience in the industry is required. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in pouring cider, as well as knowledge of Asturian gastronomy and culture. Employment conditions include a temporary contract, full-time hours, and a split schedule covering lunch and dinner shifts. Salary is according to the collective agreement, in Oviedo (Asturias).
