Train and mentor junior chefs **WeMoveWise is looking for talented Station Chefs to create memorable gastronomic experiences in France, for an international leader in hospitality–leisure: a 5-star resort.** Workplace: French Alps. ### **Position Summary** We are seeking a Station Chef [CATERING] (4 positions available). Seasonal contract (temporary contract) | Full-time | From 22/06/2026 to 18/10/2026 | 17 weeks. Remuneration: €1400 net + accommodation and meals + covered travel expenses + access to resort facilities. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the station autonomously (according to profile: hot, cold, or pastry). * Ensure production in high-end collective catering (600–1000 covers per service). * Set up and replenish buffets. * Participate in live cooking demonstrations and gastronomic events. * Apply and comply with hygiene and safety standards. * Train and mentor junior chefs. ### **Requirements** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Station Chef. * Creativity and enthusiasm for surprising guests. * Rigor in applying hygiene and safety standards. * Ability to handle large volumes without compromising quality. * Minimum conversational English (B1) for international teams. ### **Conditions** * Accommodation provided at the resort (5-star hotel). * Meals included during service. * Travel expenses covered by the employer. * Access to resort facilities and activities. * Ongoing training and rapid career progression opportunities.
