That is why we seek **Restaurant Servers** who share our passion for doing things well and caring for spaces. **Who Are We?** We are a luxury boutique hotel located in a monumental 18th-century building in Santiago de Compostela, where accommodation, gastronomy, and spa coexist in an environment where every detail matters—and the guest experience is crafted with sensitivity, consistency, and excellence. **Your Mission** To be an essential part of the customer experience, ensuring a high level of satisfaction across all food and beverage services and inspiring every guest to return to our home. **Job Description** -------------------------- *️ What will you do daily?* * Prepare and clear service settings following the quality, presentation, and attention-to-detail standards that define us. * Serve the hotel’s various F\&B outlets professionally and with approachability. * Take orders and coordinate them accurately and efficiently with the kitchen. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper care of equipment before, during, and after service. * Personalize the guest experience by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. **Requirements** -------------- *What are we looking for in you?* * EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of experience serving in restaurant dining rooms. * EDUCATION: Relevant training preferred (Vocational Training, Bachelor’s degree, and/or related courses). * LANGUAGES: Native Spanish and intermediate English. * PERSONAL TRAITS: Positive attitude, sensitivity to detail, and enthusiasm to join a meaningful project. **Additional Information** ------------------------- *What can we offer you?* The opportunity to join a solid, distinctive project at one of the country’s most renowned luxury hotels.
