Responsibilities include developing recipes (standardized portion control sheets), managing orders, receiving goods, and controlling inventory. Strict adherence to APPCC regulations in all tasks is essential. Prior experience in menu creation and menu card development is required. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace. The position offers an indefinite-term employment contract, full-time continuous working hours (morning or afternoon shift), and two consecutive days off per week, with compensation for holidays worked.
