Talent2time, as an HR recruiter for an important expanding Asturian company linked to the chemical sector, has a new opportunity at its factory for operating a printing machine. Responsibilities **Machine Setup:** * Mount clichés (printing plates) onto cylinders. * Install and adjust anilox and doctor rollers. * Load inks, substrates, and other necessary consumables. * Perform adjustments according to job specifications. * Start up and shut down the printing machine. * Monitor the printing process to ensure quality. * Make adjustments during production (registration, pressure, speed). * **Quality Control:** * Inspect products during and after printing. * Verify colour, registration, and print sharpness. * Ensure compliance with customer specifications. * **Basic Maintenance:** * Clean machine components (rollers, ink pans, anilox rolls). * Periodically check ink and lubrication levels. * Report mechanical or electrical failures to the maintenance department. * **Compliance with Standards:** * Follow established quality and production procedures. * Record production data, times, materials used, waste, etc. **Required Knowledge:** * Types of inks (water-based, solvent-based, UV). * Types of materials (plastic films, papers, cardboard, labels). * Reading technical drawings and specifications. * Basic understanding of colorimetry. * Use of measuring tools (micrometer, densitometer, etc.).
