Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage rehabilitation projects, coordinate construction sites and personnel, monitor work progress, prepare technical reports, and attend meetings with clients and technical staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of rehabilitation projects. 2. On-site supervision and coordination of teams. 3. Interaction with clients and technical staff during meetings. We are looking for a candidate to manage rehabilitation projects and provide commercial support for proposals and budgets in Gijón. Responsibilities include coordinating office activities with on-site operations, supervising site personnel, monitoring work progress, preparing technical reports and CE3X certificates, and attending meetings with clients and technical staff. Previous experience in building rehabilitation is required for this position, along with solid technical knowledge of construction execution and budget preparation. In addition, proficiency in technical software, commercial and customer service skills, and demonstrated organizational ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Offered terms include an indefinite-term contract and full-time working hours from Monday to Friday
