Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide comprehensive care and assistance to elderly people in Gijón, with responsibilities including personal assistance and reporting of incidents. Full-time shifts in morning and afternoon rotations In Gijón (Asturias), we are looking to hire a professional for the care and assistance of elderly people. Main responsibilities will include direct assistance with personal hygiene, food administration, and postural repositioning according to the individualized care plan. Additionally, fluent communication of any incidents arising during job performance will be essential. For this position, it is mandatory to hold official certification in Vocational Training for Nursing Auxiliary Care or in Care for Dependent Persons, or the Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. Prior verifiable experience in elderly care facilities or in caring for dependent or disabled individuals will be considered an asset. An indefinite-term employment contract will be offered, with full-time hours distributed across morning and afternoon shifts. Salary will be set in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for Services for Dependent Persons and Promotion of Personal Autonomy. A personal vehicle is required to commute to the workplace.
