Job Summary: We are seeking a customer advisor for the electrical materials sector, responsible for providing technical assistance, identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, managing the warehouse, and ensuring stock control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical advice on electrical materials and professional customer service. 2. Warehouse management, stock control, and maintenance of order. 3. Cashier support and post-sales inquiry resolution. We are looking for a person to advise customers in the electrical materials sector. Your responsibilities will include providing technical assistance, identifying customer needs, and recommending the most suitable products, always with professional, customer-focused service. You will also be responsible for warehouse management, ensuring stock is properly controlled, replenishing as needed, and verifying that all items are correctly labeled. You will maintain a tidy and attractive work area. Support in cashier duties and resolution of basic post-purchase customer inquiries or issues will be valued. You must receive goods and manage delivery notes. The contract is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 7:00 and 19:30. * Prior experience in DIY, construction, or specialized distribution stores. * Solid knowledge of electrical materials and ability to provide technical advice. * Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and proactive attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts according to store requirements. * Proficiency in using computer tools. * Proximity to the workplace and an electrical engineering degree will be valued. * A valid driver’s license is highly desirable.
