




Job Summary: We are seeking an assistant with experience in caring for dependent individuals to provide hygiene assistance, manage workshops and dining services, with a focus on user well-being. Full-time intensive schedule with flexibility * Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Care for Dependent Persons, Nursing Assistant, or Professional Certificates in Socio-Healthcare. * Minimum one year’s **experience** in a similar setting. * Catalan and Spanish. Other languages valued (English, French, Arabic). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technological management tools and CRM. * Knowledge of social sector databases is valued. * Valid Class B driving licence and availability of personal vehicle (car or motorcycle). * Mandatory: Unemployment status for 12 months within an 18-month period, continuously or non-continuously. * Mandatory: Unemployed individuals registered as DONO at the time of hiring. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Transport users to and from the facility using company vehicles, ensuring correct wheelchair anchoring according to established protocols. * Welcoming and providing direct attention to users not engaged in personal adjustment activities until their departure. * Monitoring and supervising users’ lockers and clothing changes. * Providing scheduled and on-demand hygiene assistance to users. * Completing required records; reporting any incidents immediately to management. * Managing the handling workshop: receiving products, assisting with handling, controlling materials, labelling items, and delivering materials upon collection. * Dining service: dish distribution, meal preparation, support and assistance during users’ meals, and performing any other tasks required by service dynamics. * Administering medication according to each user’s prescribed guidelines. **PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES:** Strong communication and social skills.
