The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least 5 years of experience as a Tech Lead / Frontend Engineer working with: * Solid experience with JavaScript ES6\. * Experience with React and Redux for scalable application development. * Experience with HTML5 and CSS3\. * Experience in developing and maintaining unit tests. * Knowledge of web application development based on RESTful APIs. * Understanding of clean code principles: Clean Code and SOLID principles. * Knowledge of testing principles and strategies. * Experience with version control using Git. * Experience with end\-to\-end testing tools such as Cypress. * Experience with SHELL \+ Microfrontends-based architectures. * Knowledge of scalable, product-oriented architectures. * Technical leadership ability, teamwork, and excellent communication skills within multidisciplinary teams. **What would be your responsibilities?** * Development and Coding: Actively participate in product development by contributing code and reviewing Pull Requests, ensuring code quality and maintainability. * Technical Leadership: Define and lead the product’s technical architecture, including API design and evolution of the technology stack in collaboration with the architecture team. * Engineering Best Practices: Ensure the team adheres to development standards (SDLC), engineering best practices, testing, security, and performance. * Quality Management: Establish and maintain a robust QA strategy, ensuring deliveries meet defined functional and technical requirements. * Continuous Integration and Delivery: Promote adoption of CI/CD practices and continuously improve delivery processes. * Production Service Management: Be responsible for the stability and health of services in production environments. * Technical Documentation: Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of the product’s technical documentation. * Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work with product, business, and other technical teams to define scope, impact, and effort for new features. * Continuous Improvement: Drive technical improvements, identify technological gaps, and propose innovative solutions. * Technical Roadmap Management: Define and evolve the technical strategy aligned with product objectives. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Modern frontend architectures and evolution toward microfrontends. * Advanced testing and automation strategies. * Best practices in observability, performance, and security for web applications. * Experience working in scalable digital product environments. **And with us, you can enjoy:** Permanent Contract **100% REMOTE** Internal training and access to certifications — check our calendar here: https://www.knowmadmood.com/es/talento/formacion Flexible compensation plan (health insurance, transportation allowance, childcare vouchers, meal vouchers) Become a brand ambassador through our referral program Refer your friends and earn a bonus!
