With a customer\-first mindset, we make doing business with McCain easy. **About the role****.** As **Customer Support – OBS Processing Clerk**, you will work closely with Finance and Sales teams to ensure seamless administrative, invoicing, and pricing operations. You will facilitate finance\-related tasks and support both internal and external customers, while contributing to McCain’s collaborative culture. **What you’ll be doing.** * Register the receipt of delivery notes in Excel and SAP, ensuring accurate documentation. * Manage the invoicing process and ensure timely sending of invoices to OBS customers and distributors via SAP. * Receive, process, and record customer pricing and promotional information in SAP with precision. * Receive, validate, and reconcile distribution expense invoices, monitoring associated provisions. * Provide administrative support and assist with SAP customer\-related queries for the Sales team. * Collaborate in administrative tasks and respond to customer inquiries effectively. * Support seamless team operations during personnel changes or short\-term assignments. * Maintain organized records and documentation in support of finance functions. * Ensure attention to detail and compliance with relevant processes and procedures. * Demonstrate flexibility and proactive problem\-solving in a dynamic, international environment. **What you’ll need to be successful.** * Ongoing or completed technical or university studies in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. * 0–1 year of experience in administrative or finance\-related roles; internships or traineeships preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Excel; previous exposure to SAP is a plus. * Ability to organize tasks effectively, with attention to detail and strong communication skills. * Customer\-centric mindset and relationship\-building capability. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills. * Spanish language proficiency; intermediate English skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast\-paced setting. **Benefits of the role****.** * Competitive salary and attractive benefits. * Local benefit (Health and Pension insurance) * Support of the supervisor and team in professional adaptation. * Temporary employment contract, 3 months, full time * Opportunity to work independently in a challenging and international environment. * Open and friendly colleagues.
