**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Data Quality & Controls Analyst** with experience in **data quality, incident analysis, and process automation**, capable of working in demanding environments with a clear focus on continuous improvement.
If you enjoy analyzing data, optimizing processes, and collaborating across teams to ensure systems operate correctly, we want to meet you!
**Responsibilities**
-------------
* Design and monitor **controls and reconciliations** to ensure data quality.
* Coordinate, analyze, and track resolution of incidents and potential errors.
* Coordinate and monitor **action plans** to guarantee proper system operation and compliance with **SLAs**.
* Identify and propose improvements to operational and control processes.
* Manage communication and escalation of incidents across relevant teams.
* Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on control status and operations.
**Requirements**
--------------
* Proven experience working with **macros** or programming (**Python, VBA**, or similar technologies).
* Experience in **control, reconciliation, and data quality** tasks.
* Strong analytical capability and orientation toward incident resolution.
* Advanced **English** proficiency.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
* Experience working under pressure and in dynamic environments.
* University degree in **Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields** is preferred.
