Together, we are and we make MAPFRE. * **Location:** Majadahonda, Madrid * **Department:** People & Organization / Leadership \& Culture **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------------------- You will lead the global rollout of MAPFRE’s leadership model, acting as the subject-matter expert in this field, with the objective of directly impacting the business, strengthening the leadership capabilities of our 5\.000 leaders worldwide (at all levels), and ensuring continuous improvement aligned with the company’s strategy. * You will contribute to defining leadership goals and initiatives aligned with MAPFRE’s strategic priorities, translating business needs into concrete development programs and solutions that strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization. * You will design, implement, and optimize global leadership development programs targeting diverse groups (senior executives, middle management, and emerging talent), including innovative learning experiences. * You will execute executive onboarding and integration processes, as well as individual development plans for CEOs. * You will define and structure leadership development-related processes, methodologies, tools, and formal technical documentation, ensuring proper implementation and facilitating analysis and decision-making. * You will design and manage leadership assessments and diagnostics, establishing tracking indicators and analyzing results (Leader Dashboard and Culture Survey), to measure initiative impact, identify deviations, and promote continuous leadership improvement at MAPFRE. * You will lead complex, global, and multidisciplinary leadership projects, taking responsibility for their execution, setting working guidelines, coordinating internal and external functional teams, and guaranteeing quality and consistency in implementing initiatives. * You will maintain constant dialogue with key stakeholders, including CEOs, Directors, Deputy Directors, and global leadership leads, collaborating with business areas, HR, and other teams to ensure proper implementation of initiatives and achievement of objectives. * You will manage relationships with external providers and entities linked to leadership development, ensuring effective coordination and contributing to achieving objectives in terms of quality, service, and business impact. * You will develop, update, and share leadership expertise within the organization, identifying market trends, best practices, and learnings, and acting as the technical reference in your area of specialization. **What profile are we looking for?** --------------------------------- * **Education:** University degree (Psychology, Business Administration, HR, Education, or similar). Postgraduate studies in Leadership, Talent, or Organizational Development are valued. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 years’ experience designing and implementing global leadership and talent development programs, as well as managing complex projects and operating in global environments, working with senior leadership stakeholders. Experience in international and multicultural settings is required. * **Knowledge and skills:** + Expert knowledge of leadership, talent development, and organizational learning. + Analytical and organizational diagnostic capability grounded in data. + High-level stakeholder engagement and orientation toward business results and impact. + Ability to influence, communicate, and engage with executive-level audiences. + Strategic thinking and global perspective. + Cross-functional leadership and coordination without hierarchical authority. + Orientation toward continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence. * **Languages:** Advanced English level (C1\) * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Office365, especially PowerPoint and Excel. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- * A flexible schedule and 124 hours of remote work per quarter, adaptable to your needs.
