The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, ordering parts, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and supporting other departments as needed. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing customer order quotations based on technical specialist surveys * Assist in ordering spare parts and components required for technicians to perform their work * Enter and update data in company databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity * Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate employee or department * Maintain an inventory of office supplies and ensure the office has sufficient stock * Ensure smooth daily office operations, including maintaining office equipment and coordinating repair work * Provide assistance in organizing and maintaining document storage systems, both paper-based and electronic * Serve as the point of contact for visitors and customers, providing a welcoming and professional environment * Help complete special projects and tasks, contributing to team goals and departmental success * Other tasks/duties may be assigned as necessary **What We Look for in Our Candidates** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in other administrative roles (preferably 1–3 years) * Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Highly detail-oriented * Reliable and punctual * Fluency in English is essential; ability to read, write, and understand oral and written instructions in English is required * Valid work permit for Spain is required **Why Work at AGSE Global Services?** We are people.
