Our core values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **WHAT DO WE DO IN TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP?** Technical Leadership is not a specialized expert team; rather, it is a horizontal team aligned with Technology Communities, aiming to provide vision, alignment, and enhancement of all horizontal technical activities across the company—both in service delivery and in technical pre-sales development. Due to growth, we need to onboard an additional member to Technical Leadership. **WHAT DO WE VALUE?** * Minimum 10 years’ experience as a software/solutions architect, including design, estimation, risk management, and implementation of enterprise solutions across diverse technologies. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technical Leader, with proven team leadership skills and extensive experience in agile methodologies. * Experience working with Generative AI applied to software development. * Creativity and sensitivity toward innovation, with initiative to propose and lead new ways of working or team organization. * Demonstrated ability to assume management responsibilities, lead teams, and engage with clients. * Experience in closed projects. **WHAT WOULD YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** * Serve as the technical lead in high-value services, supported by multidisciplinary profiles, with direct client interaction. * Act as the technical point of contact with clients. Participate in pre-sales development, solution definition, client presentations of knowmad mood’s global/specific capabilities, PoCs, and solution pilots. * Promote best practices and infrastructure for project execution (Development Ecosystem: code repositories, IaC, etc.). * Participate in technical strategy meetings with technical representatives from various Technology Communities to identify synergies and define technical strategies. * Propose new initiatives and lead them technically in collaboration with other Technical Leaders and Expert Center members from other Communities (e.g., Artificial Intelligence initiatives, emerging technologies). * Design and define robust and scalable architectures aligned with business needs and quality standards. * Conduct technical feasibility analysis of solutions, evaluating technologies, architectural approaches, and trade-offs. * Bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring smooth communication and realistic expectations.
