Experience in institutional catering is valued We are looking for kitchen assistants with immediate availability for an airline catering company located in San Fernando de Henares. Main responsibilities will include cutting, peeling, and dicing fruits, vegetables, and cold cuts, as well as preparing cold sandwiches and salads for service. Recent experience in institutional catering (e.g., hotels, catering companies, hospitals, or schools) is required. Candidates must have their own vehicle to commute to the workplace and flexibility to work rotating shifts, both morning and afternoon, adapting to production needs. Weekend availability is also desirable. A fixed-term discontinuous contract is offered, with the possibility of continuous employment for up to 9 consecutive months, and potential subsequent integration into the company. Full-time working hours will apply, with rotating morning (7:00–15:00) and afternoon (15:00–23:00) shifts. The hourly wage is €10.58, with additional allowances for night and holiday shifts. A free on-site cafeteria service will be provided.
