We are seeking Kitchen Assistants to reinforce our team across different stations (cold room, grill, fry station, and mise en place). Vacancies * Kitchen Assistant (full-time) Responsibilities * Mise en place: preparation, cutting, and portioning according to specifications. * Support in cold room, grill, and fryer stations; basic plating and service. * Labeling and storage (FIFO) and basic stock control. * Compliance with HACCP protocols, safety standards, and hygiene regulations. * Cleaning and organizing the workstation, tools, and refrigerated chambers. * Coordination with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow. Requirements * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant (6–12 months or more). * Food Handler Certification (valid certificate preferred). * Basic knowledge of HACCP and good hygiene practices. * Ability to work at pace, stay organized, and collaborate effectively within a team. * Availability: * FT: rotating/part-time or continuous shifts. * Valid work permit in Spain.
