Management of animal feed and user support in SILUM **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of GRUPO TRAGSA, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire one Administrative Assistant to support the Animal Feed Management System SILUM (Madrid). **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * User-level support for conducting tests in SILUM for animal feed management * Support in updating related documentation in SILUM * Support in user assistance within SILUM **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must justify compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold an official FP II or CFGS qualification in the administrative field (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or at least 12 months of professional experience as an administrative assistant. ### **Prior Experience** * At least 3 months of professional experience providing user-level support for computer applications * At least 6 months of professional experience supporting the preparation of technical documents, such as user manuals ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in office software at user level or higher (to be verified during the technical interview) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training in Administration and Finance (2,000 hours). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Between 4 months and 1 year of professional experience supporting testing activities in SILUM * Between 7 months and 1 year of professional experience supporting the preparation of technical documents, such as user manuals * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and Word (to be verified during the technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week Applications will be accepted from today, February 17, 2026, until February 23, 2026, at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
