To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: * Designing and developing microservices in distributed architectures. * Ensuring quality, performance, security, and compliance with Santander’s technical standards. * Promoting engineering best practices (SOLID, clean code, testing, automation). * Driving DevSecOps culture and continuous improvement. * Overseeing CI/CD and delivery processes. * Collaborating with Front\-End, architecture, and other domain teams. * Optimizing costs and operational excellence. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. (Mandatory) * Solid experience with microservice architectures. (Mandatory) * Experience in Agile environments. * Experience with CI/CD (preferably GitHub ecosystem). **Core Technologies** * **Java \+ Spring Boot** (Mandatory). * Testing: TDD / BDD. * Containers: Docker. * Orchestration: Kubernetes / OpenShift. * Experience with REST APIs. * Database management experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. **Engineering Knowledge** * SOLID principles. * Design of scalable and resilient software. * Security best practices in development. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. **Languages** * Spanish (Mandatory) * English (Preferred) **Soft Skills** * Collaboration ability. * Teamwork. * Adaptability. * Time management. **WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT** **Your contribution matters**, and it is recognized.
