Because of this, we can confidently say that every day we work to shape the future of our customers, our own future, and the future of our customers’ industries — a future we have been defining for years alongside our employees, inventing solutions that transform how people work, for sustainable performance. **What are your main objectives as a Developer Deployment Consultant?** You will be responsible for supporting the parameterization, configuration, development, and implementation of **PeopleNet SaaS payroll projects**, primarily using our internal programming language **LN4** and object-oriented programming concepts to tailor the solution to customer needs. We are looking for someone eager to learn, technically curious, and motivated to grow within a highly specialized environment. As a Deployment Consultant, your responsibilities will include: * Participating in parameterization and feature development using LN4, our platform’s proprietary language. * Supporting the configuration and implementation of customer-specific requirements on the SaaS platform. * Collaborating on payroll implementation, including onboarding new companies, collective agreements, and payroll concepts into production environments. * Participating in analysis sessions with customers to understand their business model and functional and technical requirements. * Contributing to functional design and solution configuration. * Preparing and executing functional tests, and providing support during system validation or acceptance phases. * Collaborating on effort estimation and definition of technical solutions. * You have 2–3 years of initial experience in development or technical support, ideally in payroll-related or SaaS solution projects. * You possess knowledge of object-oriented programming (C\#, C\+\+, Java) and are motivated to learn and master our internal platform language LN4. * You have foundational knowledge of payroll calculation and HR processes, or you are willing and able to quickly acquire expertise in this area. * You can analyze customer needs, propose appropriate technical solutions, and actively participate in configuration and functional testing. * You are proactive, capable of teamwork, and demonstrate initiative and an innovative mindset.
