**As a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team by hiring a Systems Engineer to join highly complex technological projects within the MC3/ZEUS/MTR/GESTA area. Location: Torrejón or Aranjuez office.**
**What will you do?**
You will be responsible for key systems engineering activities in defense programs, including:
**1\. System Lifecycle Management**
* Application of standards such as **IEEE 15288** and **PECAL** regulations.
* Participation in the acquisition process for defense programs.
* Requirement definition, analysis, and management.
* System architecture and design definition.
* Preparation of technical documentation (SRS, HRS, RS, SRD, ATM, HRD, ATM).
**2\. Integration, Verification, and Validation**
* Integration of complex systems (RADAR, C3, Electronic Warfare, Combat Cloud, Mission Systems).
* Comprehensive verification and validation activities.
* Development and execution of test plans.
* Use of modeling and simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink or equivalents).
**3\. MBSE and Advanced Tools**
* Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
* Use of requirements management tools such as **DOORS** or equivalent.
* Application of systems engineering methodologies in multinational programs.
**4\. Technical Leadership and Coordination**
* Coordination of technical teams.
* Collaboration with multidisciplinary groups.
* Participation in technical meetings with clients and stakeholders.
**What are we looking for in you?**

✔ **University degree** in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
✔ Approximately **5 years** of experience in systems engineering within complex technological environments.
✔ Experience with one or more of the following technologies or systems:
* RADAR
* Command, Control and Communications (C3\) Systems
* Ground-based Electronic Warfare (radar and communications bands)
* Combat Cloud
* Mission Systems
✔ Experience in:
* Requirements management
* Integration, verification, and validation
* MBSE
* Defense programs
✔ Outstanding skills:
* Technical leadership
* Communication in multidisciplinary environments
* Teamwork
✔ **Advanced level of English (spoken and written).**
✔ **Willingness to travel.**

**What does our selection process look like?**
