**What are we looking for?**
We seek to hire **a Structural Technical Supervisor** to participate in the review and supervision of projects.
We are looking for a candidate with technical experience in structures who has worked both during the design phase—performing or reviewing calculations, drawings, and documentation—and on-site, directly verifying correct assembly execution.
### **Requirements**
**What profile are we seeking?**
* Minimum qualification: Medium or Higher Vocational Training (FP) degree related to structures, construction, building, civil engineering, mechanical manufacturing, metallic constructions, or similar specialties.
* Applications with degrees in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields will also be considered.
* At least **3 years of experience**, both in project management and in on-site supervision of structural execution.
* Practical experience in structural calculation, verification, or review.
* On-site experience in construction, assembly, or inspection of structures.
* Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
* Knowledge of applicable structural regulations.
* Proficiency in structural calculation software.
* **Intermediate level of English**, sufficient for technical conversations and documentation.
* Ability to interact with clients, coordinate with various stakeholders, and resolve incidents.
* Availability to work occasionally on weekends, depending on project needs.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Review projects, drawings, reports, and technical documentation related to structures.
* Perform or verify structural calculations.
* Ensure proposed solutions comply with applicable regulations and technical and safety criteria.
* Supervise structural execution on-site.
* Verify that works are carried out in accordance with the project, drawings, and previously reviewed documentation.
* Identify deviations, deficiencies, or incidents during assembly and track their correction.
* Prepare technical reports, inspection minutes, and follow-up documentation.
* Coordinate with installation companies, contractors, suppliers, and assembly teams.
* Provide technical support to clients and resolve queries and incidents related to projects.
* Participate in technical meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
