Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the installation, configuration, administration, technical support, and training of Nato Software Tools across various systems and networks, as well as change management and documentation. Opportunity for training and technical support on complex systems **Job Requirements** **Responsibilities** * Support the installation and configuration of Nato Software Tools on the various systems and networks where they are deployed. * Support the implementation and commissioning of the reference node for Nato Software Tools. * Support the administration of Nato Software Tools. * Provide technical support and resolve incidents and issues related to Nato Software Tools operating across various systems and networks. * Support escalation of incidents and issues arising during the operation of Nato Software Tools. * Respond to requests and inquiries regarding the administration and configuration of Nato Software Tools. * Support training for administrators and operators of Nato Software Tools deployed across systems and networks. * Support configuration management and management of the documentation repository for Nato Software Tools. * Support change management and updates of Nato Software Tools and their technological components. **Work Experience** **Minimum and Mandatory Requirements** **Qualifications** * Qualification in one of the following Higher Vocational Training programs: o Higher Technician in Telecommunications and Informatics Systems o Higher Technician in Network Information Systems Administration o Higher Technician in Multiplatform Application Development **Minimum Requirement: 1 year** x\- Specific knowledge in: o Microsoft Windows (Server, Desktop) and Linux operating systems o Web and application servers (Internet Information Server, Apache, Tomcat) o Relational databases o LAN/WAN TCP/IP networks. **Minimum Requirement: Required Knowledge** **Languages** \- English proficiency level. Minimum requirement: Certification equivalent to B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or TOEIC 381–540** **Experience** * Experience in administration, development, and operation of information systems. **Minimum requirement: 3 years** **Desirable/Additional Requirements** * Experience in administration, development, operation, and support of enterprise applications in Linux and Windows environments. **Desirable: 8 years**
