The selected candidate will participate in strategic technological evolution projects, ensuring the availability, stability, and continuity of critical platforms in national and international environments. **Senior Systems Administrator – Hybrid Infrastructure \& Virtualization** ================================================================================== **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Administration and support of high-availability Windows Server environments. * Advanced management of Active Directory and associated services: DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS, ADFS, and SCCM. * Administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers. * Management of access, users, security policies, and corporate services on Linux. * Administration of VMware vSphere virtualization platforms: ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN. * Operation of hyperconverged infrastructures including Cisco HyperFlex, Dell VxRail, and Cisco UCSX. * Management of enterprise storage systems: NetApp, Dell Unity, and HPE MSA. * Infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible. * Development and maintenance of playbooks, roles, and CI/CD pipelines. * Management of GitHub repositories and automated deployments with Jenkins. * Participation in migration, evolution, and enhancement projects for hybrid and cloud platforms. * Technical support and coordination in highly critical corporate environments. **Requirements** ============== * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer. * Solid experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration. * Advanced knowledge of Linux RHEL. * Experience in VMware virtualization and hyperconverged environments. * Experience in automation using Terraform and Ansible. * Knowledge of CI/CD with Jenkins and version control with GitHub. * Experience in enterprise storage administration. * Knowledge of hybrid and Azure cloud environments. * Ability to work in international environments and perform technical coordination. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
