We are looking for a **Technical Lead** with solid backend development and technical leadership experience to participate in modern architecture projects based on microservices and cloud technologies. **What will you do?** --------------- * Lead development teams technically. * Design microservices-based and REST API architectures. * Define development, quality, and testing standards. * Participate in technical decisions and code reviews. * Collaborate with architecture, product, and business teams. Mandatory Requirements * \+5 years of experience with **Java and Spring Boot**. * \+2 years leading technical teams. * Experience in microservices architecture and API governance. * Solid knowledge of **PostgreSQL, JPA, and Hibernate**. * Experience with **AWS (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch)**. * Testing with **JUnit and Mockito**. * Experience with **Git and Maven**. * Native or equivalent Spanish proficiency and English at B2\-C1\ level.
