If these questions resonate with you, this position could be a great fit! **Why this position?** You will join the department responsible for ensuring that all Grup Blasi facilities and equipment operate correctly, remain in good condition, and achieve high availability. Your work will be essential to ensure that our visitors enjoy a safe, comfortable, and incident-free experience. **Key responsibilities:** * Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems: wiring, circuits, switches, sockets, lighting, and Grup Blasi’s electrical equipment. * Ensure all installations comply with the Low-Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT). * Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems: water pipes, drains, faucets, toilets, showers, and water heating systems. * Detect and repair leaks, as well as resolve water pressure and drainage issues. * Identify and diagnose electrical or plumbing problems using specialized tools, applying effective solutions quickly and efficiently. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks reported in the GMAO system, prioritizing resolution and documenting the solution applied. * Conduct periodic inspections to detect potential issues before they escalate into major incidents (e.g., drain cleaning, inspection of electrical connections, lubrication of mechanical components, etc.). * Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure optimal operation of all facilities. * Respond promptly and effectively when individuals report electrical or plumbing issues, ensuring comfort and satisfaction during their stay. * Stay updated on new technologies and participate in training programs to enhance professional knowledge and skills. * Maintain order and cleanliness at your workstation. * Any other duties required due to operational needs. **What we offer:** * Contract type: Permanent * Working hours: Full-time * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two weekly days off, rotating morning or afternoon shifts, and availability to perform on-call duties according to departmental scheduling. * Salary: Between €24,400 and €25,600 gross annually, paid in 14 installments, prorated based on actual working time. * Position: Installation Technician (Professional Group: Electrician–Plumber, Pay Level V) * Benefits package: Private healthcare insurance (comprehensive, with no waiting period after one year at Grup Blasi), flexible compensation, daily buffet at a reduced price, open-house days, and much more. * Opportunities for professional training and career growth. **Requirements to apply:** * Higher or Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS or CFGM) in electricity, plumbing, or related fields, or equivalent experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities. * Valid Class B driver’s license
