




As a Sales Representative, you will be the cornerstone in realizing our growth ambitions in Spain. You will develop and immediately contribute to the commercial plan by identifying market opportunities, building and maintaining a relevant network, preparing offers and contracts, managing contract and customer administration, and handling the implementation of the BauWatch solutions and services sold. This position involves working closely with the Sales Director of Spain to achieve commercial objectives and provide essential support to the Operations Team to meet customer needs. You are located and will work in the Autonomous Community of Catalonia, based in Tarragona. **What are your responsibilities and functions?** * Directly responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads. * Collaborate and contribute to the execution of BauWatch marketing activities, such as conducting phone campaigns, delivering company presentations, and attending trade fairs. * Develop and nurture new and existing customers and establish partnerships by creating and maintaining your own network of relationships and/or following up on business opportunities to ensure a lasting connection between the customer and BauWatch, responding to customer needs, informing customers about BauWatch news and solutions, and managing complaints. * Advise the sales director, general manager, product management, and group leadership on market opportunities and threats and potential adjustments to the sales strategy based on your own experience and collected data. **Our requirements** *Personality* * **Friendly team player:** Ability to actively participate in a rapidly growing team with a "all hands on deck" approach.
