What we require: **Education** Bachelor's Degree in Architecture \+ Accredited Master's Program **Experience and Skills** Experience in: * Project and execution design (signing and official approvals) and construction management (signing and official approvals). * Construction execution, supervision, and verification. * Urban development projects. * Preparation of energy efficiency certificates. Knowledge of energy efficiency, Cypetherm, AutoCAD, structural calculations, quantity surveying, cost estimation and valuation (CYPE). Experience in dealing with public authorities and BIM technology is desirable. **Other requirements** Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Willingness and ability to travel frequently (management area: Lleida, Tarragona, western/southern Barcelona, and Huesca). If your profile matches what we are looking for, we can offer you: 40 hours/week Annual gross remuneration from €59.362 to €90.115 Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Drafting urban planning reports. * Interpreting geotechnical studies, load tests, etc. * Construction-related expert appraisals. * Development, signing, and official approval of construction projects and construction management documents (demolition, basic designs, execution plans, asbestos removal, structural reinforcement, etc.). * Preparing health and safety studies. * Construction management, signing, and official approval of final certificates.
