At Quality ETT, we are selecting an Administrative Department Coordinator for an established family-owned company, a leader in distribution to the HoReCa channel.
We seek a candidate with experience in administrative functions and the ability to coordinate small teams, who wishes to assume a key role within the organization—working closely with General Management and driving continuous improvement of internal processes.
We are not looking solely for technical expertise; we seek someone capable of coordinating, organizing, and supporting the team with proximity, contributing sound judgment, initiative, and motivation to continue growing professionally.

**Job Mission:**
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Administrative Department—comprising a team of three people—ensuring the proper functioning of administrative processes and collaborating with General Management on management control. This position requires continuous coordination with other departments across the company to guarantee accurate information management, process efficiency, and achievement of objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
Coordination and organization of the Administrative Department’s workload.
Supervision of administrative, accounting, and billing processes.
Preparation and monitoring of monthly closings.
Cost, margin, and results control and analysis.
Identification and implementation of improvements in administrative processes.
Preparation of reports and direct reporting to General Management.
Coordination with other departments to ensure efficient management.
Active participation in follow-up meetings and decision-making alongside General Management.
**Requirements**
University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Business Studies, or a related field.
Prior experience in administrative departments.
Experience coordinating small work teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong command of IT tools. Interest in digital transformation and application of AI tools to improve administrative processes will be valued.
