**What will be your role?**

We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects based on the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project delivery within scope, timeline, and quality.
We seek a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead implementation, evolution, and continuous improvement projects for ServiceNow solutions.
* Manage scope, planning, risks, and quality.
* Coordinate functional, technical, and vendor teams.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project sponsors.
* Manage expectations, resolve incidents, and ensure client satisfaction.
* Prepare and lead progress meetings, project steering committees, and executive presentations.
* Ensure effective communication among all involved parties.
**Your profile**

* Minimum 5 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager.
* Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation or evolution projects.
* Official ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or higher.
* Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
* Competencies and skills

* Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities.
* Ability to deliver executive presentations and manage steering committees.
* Capacity to understand business needs and translate them into technological solutions.
* Excellent negotiation and expectation management skills.

* Leadership, empathy, and influence in multidisciplinary environments.
* Ability to manage complex situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
**Desirable**
* Advanced ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, or similar).
* Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SPM modules.
* Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
